Meet Andrew
Andrew Nguyen is the founder and principal speech pathologist at Thrive Beyond. He started Thrive Beyond with a simple belief: that every child deserves to have a voice and be heard.
Andrew’s Story
Andrew's belief comes from his own experience. Growing up, he often felt unable to express himself, expected to fit a mould and keep quiet rather than speak his mind. That experience shaped him. It's why he's built a career, and a practice, around helping children find their voice and feel confident to share their thoughts, their way.
Credentials
Andrew completed his Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Melbourne and is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, a Hanen Certified Speech Pathologist, and a registered Medicare provider. With over 7 years' experience, he has supported more than 100 families, children and educators, and specialises in early intervention for children aged 0 to 8.
His Hanen training shapes how Thrive Beyond works: teaching and empowering the people around a child, so support continues in everyday life, not just in a session.

That's why we work so closely with parents and carers. We show you exactly what we do, give you practical strategies and a home program, and review it together each session. You're not on the sidelines. You're part of the team.
